CHECK WEEKLY
1. Check the chain tension.
Screw fill plug of the chain guard loose.
With a small hook you can lift the chain and check the tolerance of the chain.
The right tolerance is 0 to ½ cm.
In case the tolerance is higher, screw the tension bolt on the other side of the chain guard
till the correct tolerance is reached (see page 23).
2. Make sure all bolts and nuts, especially those of the hook tines or spikes, are tightened well
with a fitting ring tool (page 21).
3. Tension of the chain - Check (page 23)
4. PTO shaft - 2 grease points PTO shaft tube (page 10)
- 2 grease points cross PTO shaft (page 10)
5. Bearing rotor shaft - 1 grease point (grease slowly) (page 24)
6. Bearings 9 depth wheels - 4 grease points (grease slowly) (page 24)
7. Depth wheels (9 pieces) - Check tire pressure (1,6 bar)
8. Ridging discs - 8 grease points (grease slowly) (page 24)
9. Hook tines - Check for wear
10. PTO shaft + bearing top shaft - 4 grease points PTO shaft top shaft (page 44)
(only FA 310-380BW) - 2 grease points bearing top shaft
