13. HYDRAULIC DEPTH CONTROL
The machine is equipped with 2 hydraulic cylinders for the depth control of the wheels, see
hydraulic diagram below.
The hydraulic system has 2 connections to the tractor, 2 press/return pipes.
The hydraulic motors ensure that both hydraulic cylinders are simultaneously moving in and out.
When the positions of the 2 wheel sets are too far apart, the machine must be lifted up so that
the wheel sets can move freely up and down.
Then move out both hydraulic cylinders completely so the oil can flow via the internal free return
and set the wheel sets exactly equal.
This can be checked by the marking plates on the hopper, see page 16.
