      First, read the error code displayed by the LEDs. If the error code is Er05 or Er39, check the battery connection and voltage. Recharge the batteries for 8 hours if needed and test the DC backup. If the error code indicates an overload, disconnect non-critical loads and check for short circuits in the cables. If the error is Er11 (over temperature), remove obstructions from ventilation and check the cooling fans. For site wiring/ground faults, check the AC source wiring and ground-neutral voltage. If the error is Er14 (fans out of order), verify the fans are working and contact your dealer for replacement. For other error codes, consult your local dealer.

      The issue might be due to a power strip connected to the Battery Backup Power UPS. Remove the power strip. Also, inspect the utility wall receptacle and cord plug for any damage and replace them if necessary.
