VisioBook has a limited 1-year warranty. Warranty
on batteries is limited to 6 months. Warranty is not
transferable. This device has been designed for an
individual to use in school, at home or in an ofce
environment. Defects caused by improper use are
not covered by the warranty.
Service and Repair
If VisioBook requires service, please call APH
Customer Service at (800) 223-1839 to receive
proper instructions for safe shipment of the VisioBook.
Service Box
To ship VisioBook in the service box, you should
proceed as follows:
Switch off the VisioBook.
• Unplug the device from the wall outlet or surge
protector.
• Put the display screen in an upright position;
swing it down and back against the arms. Then
fold the arms down to the base.
• Remove the corrugated cardboard cover from
the box.
