  If the red error LED is illuminated, it indicates an error. You can address this in several ways: * Using ProDrive (from FW 3.07), click the “Quit errors” button in the “Device manager” dialog box or on the “Device manager” page to acknowledge and address the error. * By writing access to control word (P0300), generate a rising edge in bit 7. * Configure a digital input of a DIO module via parameter P0575 for error reset. * Use the pulse enable input, assuming the drive is controlled solely via hardware inputs.

  If the motor doesn't start, but the red LED H4 is off and the LED H2 is green, check the parameterization of the b maXX 4000 using the parameter list in ProDrive. Possible errors include a torque limit set to 0 or an incorrect notch position.
