10. CALIBRATION (ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSONAL)
The calibraon can be only done by the authorized technical personnel, please, if you wish do a calibraon
contact with your authorized calibraon organism who is authorized to seal and to unseal the scale.
In order to enter the calibraon parameter it is necessary to short the K2 jumper K2 of the main keyboard.
Turn the power o.
Turn the power back on, during the counng from 9 to 0 press the key.
The display will show Pn (ask password), press
to enter.
The display wil show the rst funcon, PO CHk. Press unl display show P2 CAL, press to enter,
press to select CAL, press key to enter calibrate. The display will show UnLd.
Remove any weight from the plaorm. Aer stable indicator on, press the key.
Then the display will show the last calibraon weight used. If this is correct you can connue by pressing
the key. If it is not correct use the keys to change the calibraon weight value. When it
is correct press the key.
Then display will show LoAd. Place the calibraon weight on the scale. Aer stable press the key.
If the calibraon is acceptable the display will return to normal. If an error message is shown try calibraon
again as a disturbance may have prevented a successful calibraon.
If the problem persists then contact your dealer.
Aer calibraon, itshould be checked to verify the calibraon and linearity is correct. If necessary repeat
calibraon, especially be certain the scale is stable before accepng any weight.

Remove weight from the indicator.

Zero Seng Error
The indicator was outside the normal zero seng range either when it was
turned on or when the key was pressed.
Remove weight from the scale and try again.
Use the key to set the display to zero value.
If the problem persist contact your dealer for assitance.
Err6
A/D out of range
The values from the A/D converter are outside the normal range. Remove
weight from the scale if overloaded, make sure the pan is aached.
Indicates the load cell or the electronics may be faulty.
If the problem persist contact your dealer.
12. WARRANTY
This scale is warranted against defects of manufacturing and materials for a period of 1 year, from the de-
livery date.
During this period, GIROPÈS SL will take charge of repairing the scale.
This warranty does not cover defects or damaged caused by misuse, overloading or improper installaon
contrary to the recommendaons described in this manual.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the reparaon of the balance.
