7. START-UP
After installing the equipment and adjusting the relevant parameters the commissioning
should be performed as follows:
- Connect to network. To put the equipment in “Regeneration” mode, press the
“Regeneration” key and the rst cycle will appear: “Counterwashing”. The hydraulic
mechanism will move to the “Counter Wash” state. Slowly open the general entry key to
¼ from its position (avoid opening the general entry key too quickly to avoid damaging
the equipment and causing the resin to drain). At this time, you can hear the sound of air
coming out of the drain pipe. After all the air has left, open the inlet valve completely and
perform a “Counter Wash” of 2 or 3 minutes, until the water comes out clean.
- Press “Regeneration”, passing from the “Counter-washing” state to the “Filling tank”
state.
- Put the equipment in programming mode nº4 “Filling tank”. Do this before putting the salt
in and wait for the team to perform the “Fill Cycle”.
- After checking that the equipment has deposited water in the tank, we must check that
the equipment vacuums, to do this, the valve must be taken to cycle 3 “Aspiration and slow
washing”. You only have to wait 10 minutes to visually check that the valve is sucking the
water; the water level of the tank will decrease very slowly. Once this is proven, we can
pass the cycles and leave the equipment in service.
- We can add salt.
