3. Blackout
4. Damaged transformer
1. Connect to network
2. Repair or replace plug
3. Check circuit and power supply
4. Replace transformer
Wrong regeneration time
1. Time of day not set correctly
2. Power off more than 3 days
3. Bad contact
Set the time
Leak
1. Loose connector
2. Broken o-ring
1. Connect or tighten the thread
2. Replace the o-ring
Noise
Air in the device Backwash, release air
High outlet water
hardness
1. Poor inlet water quality
2. Very long regeneration period
3. By-pass valve open
4. Does not regenerate
1. Contact supplier
2. Shorten regeneration cycle
3. Close by-pass valve
4. Check that the counter cable is connected.
Brine fault or insufcient
(does not draw brine)
1. Low inlet pressure
2. Brine pipe blocked
3. Broken injector
4. Air leak in brine tube
5. No salt
1. Increase inlet pressure, above 2.5 bar
2. Check and remove obstruction
3. Replace injector
4. Check tube components, eliminate leak
5. Put salt
Brine tank overow
1. Too much recharge time
2. Lots of water after brine
1. Shorten brine recharge time
2. Check brine suction and slow washing
No softened water after
regeneration
1. Control circuit damaged
2. Low inlet pressure
3. Brine tank without salt
4. Clogged injector
5. Broken tube o-ring
1. Replace circuit
2. Increase inlet pressure
3. Add salt and regenerate manually
4. Disassemble injector, clean and reassemble
5. Replace o-ring
Backwash ow rate too
high or too low
1. No ow control in drain
2. Foreign material in drain ow control
1. Install ow control in drain
2. Clean foreign material
Salt water
1. Low inlet pressure
2. DLFC or drain pipe blocked
3. Excessive amount of saturated salt in
the brine tank
4. Very short fast wash
1. Install pressure pump
2. Remove clogging
3. Decrease amount of lling water
4. Extend fast washing time
Drain drains
continuously
1.Lock-up control valve not reset
2. Control valve leak
3.Foreign material trapped in control valve
1.Set position to service
2. Replace control valve
3.Remove foreign material
