The duration of this warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase, and is valid in Spain and countries belonging to the
European Economic Community.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect and assumes “the responsibilities of the seller and the rights of the consumer”,
as reected in article 4 of Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on “Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods” in accordance with
the Community Directive 1999/44/EC, and also does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with the
provisions of this law.
The manufacturer undertakes to replace free of charge, during the warranty period, all parts whose manufacture is defective,
provided that they are sent to us for examination.
In order to enforce the warranty, it is necessary that the defective part is accompanied by this guarantee bond, duly completed
and stamped by the seller.
The warranty is NOT extended for:
1. Replacement or repair of parts caused by wear and tear due to normal use of equipment, such as osmosis membranes,
carbon lters, sediment lters, resins, polyphosphates, etc., as indicated in the equipment’s instruction manual.
2. Damage caused by misuse of the apparatus or damage caused by transport.
3. Handling, modication or repair by third parties.
4. Malfunctions or malfunctions which are the result of poor installation outside the technical service or the assembly
instructions have not been followed correctly.
5. Improper use of the equipment or working conditions not specied by the manufacturer.
6. The use of non-original spare parts.
7. IMPORTANT: The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the malfunction of the equipment or the water quality if
original spare parts have been used.
