- The water treatment capacity per cycle varies according to the water quality of the place.
The test conditions are:
Water temperature: 25ºC and raw water hardness: 40 French degrees (ºF).
- The outlet water must comply with the characteristics specied by the Drinking Water
Safety regulations.
- The equipment must be used to treat drinking water from the public water supply. It must
be in accordance with the national regulations for Water for Human Consumption and
published by the Ministry of Health and Consumer Aairs.
- The Ceramic Pilot water softener tracks water consumption via an integrated water
meter. The amount of water that can be softened depends on the inlet water hardness and
is programmed when the system is started.
- When the resin bed is depleted, the Ceramic Pilot water softener will perform a
regeneration. This regeneration is scheduled by default at 2h A.M. because there is no soft
water available during regeneration.
- The Ceramic Pilot water softener will optimize the timing of regeneration based on the
user’s actual water consumption.
- The water softener has an LCD display where the operation of the water softener can be
monitored and the parameters can be congured or modied.
- Most of the water softener’s parameters are pre-programmed at the factory, so only a few
user-specic parameters need to be set when starting the unit.
- Parameters are stored in memory and will not be lost due to a power outage.
