1. Use Teflon tape or pipe sealant to
tighten hose fitting, replace hose or
gun. **If problem continues, take to
your pressure washer dealer.
1. To gauge the oil level, look directly
into the sight glass. Oil level should
always be at the centre dot. Do not
overfill replace W/30W non detergent
mineral oil.
12. WINTER STORAGE
Anti-Freeze is poisonous and can be harmful or fatal if swallowed or inhaled.
Do not drink antifreeze or solution.
Avoid inhaling mist or hot vapours.
If inhaled, remove affected person/s to fresh air.
Ethylene glycol causes birth defects in laboratory animals.
Do not store in open or unlabelled containers.
Wash thoroughly after handling.
Solution is poisonous to animals. Keep out of reach of children.
Clean up any leaks or spills immediately. Tighten child resistant caps and store
antifreeze away from children and animals.
If you or those around you have been affected in anyway seek URGENT
Medical advice immediately.
You must protect your machine from freezing temperatures.
Failure to do so will permanently damage your pump and render your
machine inoperable.
Damaged caused by freezing is not covered under warranty.
12.1. To protect the machine from freezing temperatures:
12.1.1. Use Pump Saver to treat pump. This minimizes freeze damage and lubricates pistons and
seals. Contact your local dealer for Pump Saver Solution.
12.1.2. If pump saver is not available, connect a 3 ft. section of garden hose to water inlet adapter.
12.1.3. Pour RV-antifreeze (antifreeze without alcohol) into hose.
12.1.4. Pull the recoil handle twice. Disconnect 3 ft. hose.
12.1.5. Store machine in a clean, dry area (heated area preferred).
12.2. Long term storage.
12.3. If you do not plan to use the pressure washer for more than 30 days, you must prepare the
machine, engine and pump for long term storage.
