Automatic casting
Automatic casting is only possible with Nautilus
®
CC plus.
1. Press "Automatic casting".
The previously used program is displayed.
2. Confirm with „OK“ - or select a new program:
3. Press on the number and enter a new program
number. (Corrections are possible with the
"Arrow" button. Confirm with
✔ .)
4. For the program number of the required alloy,
see the program tables on pages 27 to 29.
5. Press on the respective button in order to edit.
6. Confirm the alloy and casting temperature with
„OK“ - or change the casting temperature:
Press on the number and enter a new casting
temperature.
7. (The display on the right only appears for
alloys that require a crucible insert, see pro-
gram table.)
8. When the crucible door is closed, the next dis-
play is shown.
9. Confirm the preheating with „Yes“, or skip with
„No“.
In the case of crucible inserts, preheating must
be carried out. "No" is missing on the display.
NOTE
Keep it pressed until the pressed button changes.
Longer pressing is required.
NOTE
Only if the protocol is activated (see page 40) in
the basic settings is the data requested now. This
data appears in the casting protocol that is stored
on the connected USB stick.
