Troubleshooting
Damp accumulates on the nner walls
of refrgerator.
Hot and humd weather ncreases cng
and condensaton. Ths s normal and
not a fault.
The doors may have been opened
frequently or left ajar for a long tme.
>>>Do not open the doors frequently.
Close the doors, f open.
The door may have been left ajar.
>>>Close the door completely.
Humdty occurs on the outer surface
of the refrgerator or between the
doors.
Ar mght be humd. Ths s qute normal
n humd weathers. >>>Condensaton
wll dsappear when the humdty level
decreases.
There mght be external condensaton
at the secton between two doors of
the refrgerator f you use your product
rarely. Ths s normal. Condensaton wll
dsappear upon frequent use.
There s a bad odour nsde the
refrgerator.
No regular cleanng may have been
performed. Clean the nsde of the
refrgerator wth a sponge, lukewarm
water or carbonated water.
Some vessels or packagng materals
may cause the odour. >>>Use another
vessel, or packagng materals from
another brand.
Foods may have been placed nto the
refrgerator n vessels wthout covers.
>>>Store the foods n closed vessels.
Mcroorgansms emtted from vessels
wthout a cover may cause unpleasant
odours.
Take out expred or spoled foods from
the refrgerator.
The door cannot be closed.
Food packages may be preventng the
door from closng. >>> Re-locate the
packages that are obstructng the door.
The refrgerator may be unstable on the
floor. >>>Adjust the refrgerator feet
as requred to keep the refrgerator n
balance.
The floor may not be level or sold.
>>>Make sure that the floor s level and
capable of carryng the refrgerator.
Crspers are stuck.
Foods may be touchng the upper wall
of the crsper. >>>Re-organse the
foods n the crsper.
If The Surface Of The Product Is Hot.
Hgh temperatures may be observed
between the two doors, on the sde
panels and at the rear grll whle the
product s operatng. Ths s normal and
does not requre servce mantenance!
Fan keeps runnng when the door s
open.
The fan may keep runnng when the
door of the freezer s open.
