Detergent residue in the drawer of your Beko Washer can occur if the detergent is put in a wet drawer; dry the drawer before adding detergent. The detergent may have gotten damp, so keep detergents closed in a humidity-free environment and avoid excessive temperatures. Low water pressure can also cause this. If the holes of the detergent compartment are blocked, check and clean them. Also, make sure the softener is not mixed with detergent, and wash the dispenser with hot water. Regular drum cleaning is also important.
