SNICKERS® BALLS
2.5 - 3.0 liters vegetable oil for frying
1 can of 10 refrigerated biscuits
20 (1-inch x 1-inch) Snickers
®
pieces
1 packet hot chocolate mix

1. Preheat oil to 340º F.
2. Separate dough into biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half and flatten.
3. Place 1 piece of Snickers
®
in the center of each.
Pull the edges up and around the candy bar
and seal tightly on the top.
Roll between your palms to create a ball.
4. Place 4 Snickers
®
Balls into raised fryer basket.
Lower fryer basket into oil.
5. Cook 2 to 4 minutes, watching the browning
process through the viewing window.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
6. Remove fried balls from the fry basket onto a plate
lined with absorbent paper towels.
7. Dust with hot chocolate mix. Best eaten while warm.
