HYDRAULIC LINE CONNECTION
1. Identify the hoses - the short one is
the high pressure hose; the long one
is the oil return hose. The two ends
of each of the two hoses are the
same, so when connecting the hoses
to the hydraulic system no need to
identify the direction of the hoses.
2. Apply Teflon tape or pipe sealant
onto hose fittings on the pump/valve
and filter.
3. Connect one end of the long hose
to the fitting on top of the valve, the
other end to the fitting on the filter.
4. Connect one end of the short hose
to the fitting on the bottom of the
valve, the other end to the fitting on
the top of the pump.
5. Securely tighten the securing nuts
with wrenches.
LOG CATCHER INSTALLATION
Rotate Beam & Cylinder down from
upright position and lock in place with
the release pin.
Install the Log Catcher Assembly with
Hex Bolts, Flat Washer, Lock Washer,
Hex Nut. Tighten with two 18mm
wrenches.
