Why won't my Bluetooth device connect to my BenQ treVolo?

  If your paired Bluetooth device won't connect to the BenQ Speakers, make sure the speaker is discoverable and Bluetooth is enabled on your device. If your device is too far away, move it closer. Try turning your device off and on again, then reconnect to the speaker. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices or disable their Bluetooth functionality. Remove “BenQ treVolo” from your device's paired list, then pair and connect again. Alternatively, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to force a shutdown, then turn the speaker back on and try pairing.

Why is the sound quality low on my BenQ Speakers with Bluetooth?

  If you experience low sound quality with a Bluetooth device connected to your BenQ Speakers, try connecting via AUX cable instead. If your device is too far away from the speaker, move it closer. Reduce the number of applications running on your device to free up resources for audio transmission. Also, try placing your device in open air with a clear line of sight to the speaker. You can also try to press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to force the speaker to shut down. Turn on the speaker and pair with your device.
