On
completion
of
installation
the
appliance
must
be
commissioned
by
a competent engineer
with
an
understanding
of the technology
and
with
the
equipment to enable
him
to carry
out
tests
to set the appliance at its
optimum
efficiency
and
clean combustion.
The Health and Safety at Work Act
The installer should be aware
of
his responsibilities
under
the Health and Safety at Work Act
whereby
it
is necessary for him to afford protection to persons carrying
out
the installation
and
others within the location.
