Using foam eaips
If you move around a lot, choose the foam eaips.
► Give them a sho squeeze before inseing them into the
ear.
They expand again aer inseion and provide good
suppo during any activity.
If you are using them regularly, we recommend changing the eaips every three months.

How to inse the earphones
For a peect fit, inse the earphones into your ear with a
slight twiing movement.
Make sure that the earphone fits properly.
