The Model 8000
is shipped from the factory wired for correct operation in the
country in which it is to be sold. The schematic diagram, MFRM 13610 and 13611
indicates the connections for other voltages.
CHASSIS
AND CIRCUIT GROUNDS
Both chassis and
circuit grounds are connected together internally. They can be
separated by removing the Black wire connected to grounding lug under the "B"
module near
the AC power cord. The circuit grounds of all active units (amplifiers,
preamplifiers, mixers,
etc.) can be tied to earth ground at a common point. This
aids
in eliminating ground loops.
