7. Maintenance
APPLIANCE CLEANING
ALWAYS UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE BE-
FORE CLEANING IT.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE
BODY (7) IN WATER OR OTHER LIQ-
UIDS AND DO NOT PUT IT IN THE
DISHWASHER.
• To clean the appliance body (7), use a wet cloth but avoid abrasive
detergents or solvents.
• It is recommended to rinse the tank (6) on a daily base. Never
leave water in the tank (6) for more than 5 days or, if it occurs,
change water and dispense 50 ml of water without capsule before
making the coffee.
Clean the capsule holder lter (3)
under a stream of tap water to re-
move any coffee residue. Regularly
empty the drip tray (4) to prevent
water leaks from this component
and any failure and/or damage of
the machine. Regularly clean the
drip tray (4) and the rack (3) using
normal dish soap. Do not use sharp
or abrasive objects that might
damage the appliance.
