Chain/Carbon belt
Chain’s wear can be accelerated by the
way of riding the bike.
It’s important to lubricate the chain
on regular basis, especially after
rainy days. Firstly remove dust or soil
residues using a rag, then lubricate
using exclusively products provided by
you local dealer.
The service life of the chain could last
also 1000 km. Please often check the
level of wear and change the chain
frequently.
It’s important to check on regular basis
the tension of the chain, if it’s not
tensioned enough, please contact the
authorized dealer.
Loose tension or bad assembly can
damage the chain.
Ask only the authorized dealer for
maintenance of the chain.

no and Bosch)
Bicicapace’s e-bikes use Shimano and
Bosch drive units.
Read carefully manufacturer’s manual
before getting on an e-bike.
Remember to check all the
information about battery and
charger.
Please contact the authorized dealer
for any question, doubt or problem
with the electrical system. Lack
of specic know-how can lead to
accidents.
In case of problems, remove the
battery before any other action, then
contact the authorized dealer.
Use always the ofcial charger for your
battery.
In case of electrical failure, battery
must not be charged and must stop
being used.
Charge the battery away from kids,
wet environment or ammable
material.
Do not ship batteries by yourself.
Batteries are considered dangerous
goods and can ignite during transport.
At low temperatures, e-bike autonomy
could be shorter. It’s a normal phe-
nomenon that can be solved returning
to high temperatures.
During winter days, we suggest to
charge the battery in a warm en-
vironment, in order to have longer
autonomy.
In cold weather we suggest to plan
shorter trips or ride with a lower level
of assistance.
