Wheels and tires
Cargo bikes are subject to high
stresses.
After the rst 300 km, we suggest to
check the wheels by the authorized
dealer, and possibly centring them.
After that, check wheels on regular
basis.
Tires have to be inated to the pres-
sure recommended to have the best
performance.
The manufacturer indicate on the tire
the recommended pressure (in bar
and PSI).
Always check tires’ pressure.
Bike carrying high loads have to be
inated more than empty ones.
Read the following guidelines:
Big Ben tires uses an anti-puncture
technology.
Contact the authorized dealer for sug-
gestion about xing punctures, or nd
books about.
Make sure the rims are always round-
ed. Occasionally, pull up the bike and
spin the wheel to see if are contacts
with the frame or fenders.
In case of strange noise or frictions,
contact the authorized dealer to cen-
tre it.
Using not perfectly rounded rims can
lead to accidents!
Regularly check the tension of
spokes, if loose wheels could bend
leading to accidents!
Bicicapace mounts air chambers with
italian valves (or Regina valves).
Before inating, it may need to push
the plug before removing to make
some air get out and work better.

Stand
Bicicapace uses double stand to keep
your bicycle standing while you are
carrying it.
Ursus stand has to be frequently
ingreased (where legs rotate), in order
to work better and last longer.
Contact your bike mechanic in case
it gets harder to open and close the
stand.
Do not sit on the saddle and do not
move before the stand had been
closed. If not, it can break or bend or
the rider could get hurt.
Justlong steel stand seems harder
than plastic ones. It is, but we
still recommend not to do what
mentioned above.
Bicicapace uses ABUS lock.
Lock completely blocks the wheel.
Make sure you unlock the wheel
before starting riding. Riding locked
wheels could lead to accidents.
We suggest to combine this lock to
a high end U-lock to have the best
performance during long stops or in
risky zones.

In Bicicapace Pro Series, the battery
key is the same as the lock.
Make sure to keep safe the key code
provided, to get a new one in case of
lost.
