7.2 INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (MODEL EMILIO RA - EMILIO RA
PLUS)
WARNING: before connuing, read and observe all safety informaon and instrucons abo-
ve (page 2/4), especially the ones related to the electric installaon to which the appliance
be connected.
1. Place the appliance on a level and stable oor.
2. Close the discharge valve (1) under the steam generator.
3. Make sure that the inox body is aached to the inox body by means of the clamping hooks (4).
4. Make sure that the aspirator motor (5) is aached to the inox body by means of the special
clamping hooks (6).
5. Plug the power supply plug (7A) of the aspirator motor (7B) into the electric socket (8) located
on the base. Place the aspirator switch on 1 (19).
6. Fill the external container (9) only with water. (NB: DO NOT USE DIDTILLED WATER).
7. The supply pipe (9b) must be fully immersed into the liquid.
8. Fill the external container (10) only with water or detergent.
9. The supply pipe (10b) must be fully immersed into the liquid.
10. Connect the handle injecon/sucon “CVP” to the appliance.
11. Plug the steam plug (A) into the socket (13) and the sleeve (B) into the opening (14).
Depending on the work to be done, place the special accessory in the handle.
12. Switch o all switches and connect the power supply cable (18) to the mains, making sure it
is straight and not coiled. Avoid pulling the cable or pinching and/or smoothing it.
13. Switch on the main switch (15) and the switch of the rst resistance (16). If you want faster
heang of the boiler and beer more eciency and duraon of the steam jet, switch on the
switch of the second resistor (17).
14. Switch on the switch (19) of the aspirator motor. Leave it on during the water lling.
15. When the green indicator for steam ready (20) lights up , press the steam supply buon (C)
on to eject steam.
16. To supply water/detergent, press the red detergent switch on the handle.
When the water in the boiler is over, the pump supplies water from the respecve container.
THERE IS SOUND ALARM FOR EMPTY CONTAINER. WITHOUT SWITCHING OFF THE APPLIANCE,
WARNING: USE ONLY WATER, OTHER LIQUIDS AND SUBSTANCES DAMAGE THE BOILER.
WARNING: FIRST, MAKE SURE THAT THE INSTALLATION IS EQUIPPED WITH A DIFFERENTIAL
CIRCUIT BREAKER (PROTECTIVE INSTALLATION) AND WITH GROUNDING CONDUCTOR.
WARNING: DO NOT USE DISTILLED WATER. The WATER SENSORS DO NOT WORK WITH
WATER FREE OF MINERALS.
Make sure that the charging hoses are in their tanks in contact with water. If one of the
tanks is empty or one of the tubes is not in contact with water, the machine does not work.
DO NOT RUN THE SECOND HEATER WHEN THE BOILER IS NOT FULL.
