What to do if my Binatone Radio has sound distortion problems?
    • H
      Heidi GutierrezAug 27, 2025
Sound distortion problems with your Binatone Radio may occur if the radios are too close or too far apart, or if obstacles interfere with transmission. When transmitting, speak in a normal tone of voice, about 5 cm away from the microphone. If you are receiving, lower the volume to a comfortable level. Ensure radios are at least 2 meters apart; increasing the distance might help.
