What to do if my Binatone Action 1000 has sound distortion problems?
    • T
      trevor46Aug 6, 2025
If you are experiencing sound distortion with your Binatone Radio, the radios may be too close to each other. Radios must be at least 1.5 meters apart, so increase your distance. Alternatively, the radios might be too far apart, or obstacles may be interfering with the transmission. Remember that the talk range is up to 10 kilometers in clear, unobstructed conditions.

What to do if my Binatone Action 1000 Radio has limited range?
    • M
      michelleharrisAug 10, 2025
If your Binatone Radio's range is limited, it could be due to several factors. First, the batteries may be weak, so recharge them if the charge level indicator is low. Second, remember that the maximum range varies depending on the terrain and environment. Finally, wearing the radio close to the body can also limit the range, so try changing the location of the radio.
