Why my Binks Paint Sprayer does not spray?
    • J
      Jordan ElliottAug 1, 2025
If your Binks Paint Sprayer isn't spraying, it might be due to several reasons. First, ensure you have sufficient air supply; the “A” brush requires 28 psi, while “B” and “C” brushes need 30 psi. Another possible cause is a clogged vent hole in the bottle cover—carefully clean it with a pin. Also, a clogged fluid control can prevent spraying; disassemble it, soak in a compatible solvent, and gently clean any soft paint. A clogged air passage could also be the culprit; remove the air valve plunger and clean the passages with a broomstraw or similar probe, then blow air through to clear any blockages. Finally, excessively heavy fluid can hinder spraying; reduce the fluid viscosity with a compatible solvent.

What to do if my Binks Paint Sprayer spits or spurts?
    • R
      rachellambertAug 11, 2025
If your Binks Paint Sprayer spits or spurts, it's likely that air is bypassing the packing in the fluid control. To fix this, remove the fluid control retainer nut and packing using the 59-83 wrench or a small, wide-blade screwdriver. Replace the packing, and if necessary, replace the retainer nut as well.

How to fix a Binks Paint Sprayer trigger button that won’t function properly?
    • J
      Joshua AdamsAug 21, 2025
If the trigger button on your Binks Paint Sprayer isn't functioning properly, the trigger button spring has likely lost its tension. You can remove the air valve plunger with a jeweler’s screwdriver (or the screwdriver end of the 59-83 wrench), which will release the trigger button and spring. Replace the spring. For a temporary fix, you can try stretching the existing spring.
