Autoclaving
This instrument withstands steam sterilization at
121 °C, 2 bar absolute (15 psi) for 20 minutes in
accordance with widely used guidelines. It is the user’s
responsibility to ensure effective autoclaving.

Preparation prior
to the fi rst autoclaving
– Unscrew fi lling valve (K) and discharge
valve (F).
– Replace built-in PTFE-rings (R) with the
supplied elastic O-rings made of FKM.
– Screw in the fi lling valve (K) and
discharge valve (F) and tighten them
fi rmly using the mounting tool.
Vorbereitung vor dem ersten
Autoklavieren
– Ansaugventil (K) und Ausstoßventil (F)
herausschrauben.
– Eingebaute PTFE-Ringe (R) durch
mitgelieferte elastische O-Ringe aus
FKM ersetzen.
– Ansaugventil (K) und Ausstoßventil (F)
einschrauben und mit Montageschlüssel
fest anziehen.

Eingeschränkte Chemikalienbeständig-
keit von FKM beachten!
