SYSTEM
The
QUICK
DISCONNECT
SYSTEM
allows
bio-
medical
personnel
to
perform
routine
maintenance
with
a
maximum
of
ease
and
yet
provide
secure,
leak-proof
junctions
capable
of
withstanding
the
required
internal
pressures.
The
system
employs
a
series
of
bayonet
tapers
that
friction
lock
in
their
receptacles
(Fig.
21).
These
connectors,
when
properly
used,
prevent
inadvertent
disengagement.
The
quick
disconnect

RELIEF
VALVE
system
has
successfully
been
tested
at
200
psig.

PRESSURE
RELIEF
VALVE

breathing
circuits

peak
pressures
