  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up the cleaning solution, here are several things to check: * Ensure the tank release latch is properly closed by lifting it up and pressing down firmly. * Reposition the tool on the surface, following the recommended cleaning procedures. * Empty the Dirty Water/Collection Tank if it's full. * Consider replacing the tool brush if it's worn. * Lift the tool and point it upwards to allow any excess solution in the vacuum flex hose to flow into the Dirty Water/Collection Tank. * Make sure you are using only BISSELL portable machine formulas (with BISSELL Boost if desired).

  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has reduced or no spray, the following could be the reason: * The spray nozzle might be clogged, so clean the spray nozzle. * The Clean Water/Solution Tank might be empty, so check and refill the tank. * The Clean Water/Solution Tank insert might be clogged, so clean the insert at the bottom of the tank. * The pump might need priming. Gently lift the Clean Water/Solution Tank while depressing the spray trigger, or gently squeeze the clean tank while depressing the spray trigger.

  If your Bissell cleaning equipment isn't picking up the cleaning solution, here are some things to check: 1. Ensure the tank release latch is properly closed by lifting it up and pressing down firmly. 2. Reposition the tool on the surface, making sure to follow the recommended cleaning procedures. 3. Empty the dirty water tank if it's full. 4. If the tool brush is worn, replace it with a new one. 5. Lift the tool and point it upwards to allow any excess solution in the flex hose to flow into the dirty water tank. 6. Ensure you are using only BISSELL® portable machine formulas.

  If your Bissell Cleaning Equipment has reduced or no spray, the issue might be: * A clogged spray nozzle, which needs cleaning. * An empty clean water tank, requiring a refill. * A clogged clean water tank insert, which you should clean at the bottom of the tank. * The pump may need priming. Try gently lifting the clean water tank while pressing the spray trigger, or gently squeeze the tank while pressing the spray trigger.
