If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up the cleaning solution, there might be a few reasons: 1. The collection tank may not be correctly aligned or secured. Ensure it's properly aligned and secured with the side latches. 2. The dirty tank could be full. Empty the tank. 3. The removable nozzle might be improperly installed. Align the four "hooks" into the bottom first, then snap it into place on top. 4. The removable nozzle could be full of debris. Remove the nozzle and rinse it under running water. 5. The red lint screen under the collection tank might be clogged. Remove any debris from the lint screen.
