5 Commissioning
The compressor is already thoroughly dehydrated,
tested for leaks and under pressure with holding
charge (N
2
).
!
Attention!
Test the strength pressure and the tightness
of the entire plant preferably with dry nitrogen
(N
2
).
Compressor (oil separator and oil cooler) must
not be included when using dried air – keep
the shut-off valves closed.

Danger!
By no means the compressor may be pres-
sure tested with oxygen or other industrial
gases!
Warning!
Never add refrigerant to the test gas (N
2
or air)
– e.g. as leak indicator.
Critical shift of the refrigerant ignition limit with
high pressure possible!
Environmental pollution with leakage or when
deflating!
5 Đưa vào vận hành
Máy nén đã được khử ẩm hoàn toàn, thử kín và
đang có áp lực duy trì bằng khí Nitơ (N
2
).

Chú ý!
Nên thử bền áp lực và thử kín toàn bộ hệ
thống lạnh bằng khí Nitơ khô (N
2
).
Nếu sử dụng không khí để thử thì phải cô lập
máy nén (bình tách dầu và bộ làm mát dầu)
khỏi mạch thử – bằng cách vẫn đóng các van
chặn.

Nguy hiểm!
Không bao giờ được thử áp lực máy nén
bằng khí oxy hoặc các khí công nghiệp khác!
Cảnh báo!
Không bao giờ bổ sung môi chất lạnh vào
chất khí dùng để thử áp lực (Nitơ hay là
không khí) – để làm chất chỉ thị xì.
Có khả năng dịch chuyển điểm giới hạn bốc
cháy của môi chất lạnh ở áp suất cao!
Gây ra ô nhiễm môi trường khi bị xì hoặc khi
xả áp!
5.1 Strength pressure test
Evaluate the refrigerant circuit (assembly)
according to EN 378-2 (or valid equivalent safety
standards).
Compressor, oil separator and oil cooler have
already been tested in the factory for strength
pressure.
Therefore a tightness test (5.2) is sufficient.
However, if the whole assembly is tested for
strength pressure:

Danger!
Test pressure may not exceed the maximum
operating pressures indicated on
the name
plate!
If necessary leave the shut-off valves closed!
5.1 Thử bền áp lực
Đánh giá đường ống gas (của cụm máy lắp đặt)
theo tiêu chuẩn EN 378-2 (hoặc các tiêu chuẩn an
toàn tương đương đang áp dụng).
Máy nén, bình tách dầu và bình làm mát dầu đã
được thử bền áp lực ở nhà máy.
Do đó chỉ cần thử kín (theo 5.2) là đủ.
Tuy nhiên, nếu thử bền áp lực toàn bộ hệ thống thì
cần lưu ý:

Nguy hiểm!
Áp suất thử không được vượt quá áp suất vận
hành tối đa ghi trên nhãn máy nén!
Nếu cần thiết thì cứ để các van chặn ở tình
trạng đóng!
