Ester oils are strongly hygroscopic.
Moisture is chemically compounded with these
oils. It cannot be, or only insufficiently, re-
moved by evacuation.
Handle very carefully:
Avoid air admission into the plant and oil can.
Use only originally closed oil drums.
Dispose of waste oil properly!

7 De-commissioning
7.1 Standstill
Keep the oil heater switched on until dismantling
the compressor! This prevents increased refrigerant
diffusion in the oil.

7.2 Dismantling the compressor
For repair work, that makes dismantling necessary,
or when decommissioning them:
Close the shut-off valves at the compressor. Extract
the refrigerant. Do not release the refrigerant but
dispose it properly!
Compressor can be under pressure!
Severe injuries possible.
Open the threaded joints or flanges at the compres-
sor valves. Remove the compressor if necessary
with a hoisting tool.
7.2 Tháo máy nén
Đối với các công việc sửa chữa mà cần thiết phải
tháo máy nén, hoặc khi bỏ máy nén khỏi chu trình
vận hành:
Đóng các van chặn của máy nén. Bơm (rút) môi
chất lạnh ra. Không xả môi chất lạnh ra môi trường
mà cần thu hồi để bỏ cho phù hợp!
Có thể còn áp suất trong máy nén!
Có thể gây tổn thương nghiêm trọng.
Mở các mối nối ren hoặc mặt bích ở các van của
máy nén. Dời máy nén đi nếu cần thiết thì dùng các
thiết bị nâng hoặc cầu trục.
Disposing the compressor
Drain the oil at the compressor.
Dispose of waste oil properly!
Have the
compressor repaired or disposed of
properly.
