Change of the oil filter
• Close service valve in oil injection line (p.17,
pos. 9, fig. 8).
• Close ECO-valve.
• Shut off discharge and suction pressure line.
• Release the pressure in the compressor.
• Release the pressure in the oil filter chamber
(pos. 2, fig. 9) separately! Blow off oil and
refrigerant from oil filter chamber (2) at
pressure relief (7).
• Drain oil at oil drain (pos. 8, fig.9).
• Remove the four screws (4) at the flange (3) at
service connection oil filter. Pull flange 15 mm
upwards and turn it 20 degrees clockwise.
Pull out entire unit and remove oil filter (1).
• Clean oil filter chamber.
• Insert new flat gasket (5) and O-rings (6) and
attach new oil filter (1). Place flat gasket
according to position pin (9) in housing.
• Place entire unit into the three nuts (10), turn
20 degrees counterclockwise and push down-
wards. Slide position pin (9) into the appro-
priate bore at the bottom side of the flange.
• Insert the four screws (4) into the flange (3) and
tighten crosswise (80 Nm).
• Evacuate compressor and oil filter chamber.

• Đóng van bảo trì ở đường phun dầu (trang 17,
vị trí 9, hình 8).
• Đóng van ECO.
• Khóa đường ống gas đầu đẩy và đường hút.
• Xả áp suất trong máy nén.
• Xả áp suất trong khoang lọc dầu (vị trí 2, hình
9) riêng biệt! Thổi sạch dầu và môi chất lạnh
ra khỏi khoang lọc dầu (2) ở điểm xả áp suất
(7).
• Xả dầu tại lỗ xả dầu (vị trí 8, hình 9).
• Tháo 4 con ốc (4) trên mặt bích (3) tại vị trí bảo
trì bộ lọc dầu. Kéo mặt bích lên 15 mm và vặn
nó 20 độ theo chiều kim đồng hồ. Kéo toàn bộ
mặt bích lên và gỡ bỏ bộ lọc dầu (1).
• Làm sạch khoang lọc dầu.
• Lắp gioăng mới (5) và vòng O làm kín (6) với
bộ lọc dầu mới (1). Đặt vị trí của gioăng theo
chốt định vị trên thân máy.
• Đưa toàn bộ bộ lọc vào 3 rãnh định vị (10),
xoay 20 độ ngược chiều kim đồng hồ và ấn
xuống. Đặt chốt định vị (9) vào lỗ phù hợp ở
phía dưới của mặt bích.
• Lắp 4 ốc (4) vào mặt bích (3) và siết chéo (lực
siết 80 Nm).
• Rút chân không máy nén và khoang lọc dầu.
6.2 Oil changing
The oil types listed in chapter 2 are characterised
by an especially high degree of stability. If the plant
is correctly assembled, or if fine filters are installed
on the suction side, an oil change is not normally
needed.
If compressor or motor damage occurs an acid test
should be made. When required clean up mea-
sures must be made: Mount an acid retaining
suction line gas filter and replace the oil. Evacuate
compressor and suction line gas filter. Purge the
plant from the highest point on the discharge side
into a recycling cylinder. After
hours it may be necessary to replace filter and oil
and to purge the plant again.

Severe injuries possible.
Release the pressure in the oil separator!
6.2 Thay dầu
Các loại dầu được liệt kê ở chương 2 có đặc tính là
có độ ổn định rất cao. Nếu hệ thống được lắp đặt
đúng, hay các bộ lọc tinh được lắp đặt ở đường
hút, thông thường thì không cần thiết phải thay
dầu.
Nếu máy nén hay mô tơ bị hư hỏng cần phải kiểm
tra nồng độ acid. Cần thực hiện các biện pháp làm
sạch khi cần: Lắp thêm bộ lọc acid gas đường hút
và thay dầu. Rút chân không máy nén và bộ lọc
gas đường hút. Xả khí không ngưng trong hệ thống
từ điểm cao nhất của phía đầu đẩy vào một bình
chứa (để tái chế). Sau vài giờ vận hành có thể cần
thiết thay bộ lọc và thay dầu và xả khí hệ thống một
lần nữa.
