If your BlackBerry smartphone password contains a combination of letters that corresponds to an emergency access
number, your smartphone might prompt you to make an emergency call when you type your smartphone password.
To dismiss the prompt to make an emergency call, continue typing your smartphone password.

Try the following actions:
