Sloped 45 mm dish

It serves to collect juices and
fat from cooking meat or fish
placed directly on the grid
during a grill or fan grill
sequence.
Never place this dish on the
floor of the oven (it may dam-
age the enamel) unless it is in
the grill position (the bottom
heating element does not turn
on when the oven is set for
grilling).
