is not lighting up
- Mixer tap is not receiving
electricity
- Connect the power supply unit of the control
box to the mains electricity
- Check the connections on the control box
- The volume wheel is at “0” - Turn the volume wheel and set
an amount
> “0”
Water does not run when
the sensor is activated
- Connecting hoses
arekinked
- Connecting hoses are
wrongly attached
- The volume wheel is at “0”
- Filter head is connected
against the flow direction
- Electronic devices are in
front of the sensor
- Connect hoses without kinks
- Connect the hoses according to
theassemblyinstructions
- Turn the volume wheel and set
an amount
> “0”
- Check whether the filter head has been con-
nected against the flow direction, and change
the flow direction
- Remove electronic devices
Hot water mode is
notfunctioning
- The volume wheel is at “0” - Turn the volume wheel and set
an amount
> “0”
Cold and/or warm water
is not running
- Connecting hoses
arekinked
- Connecting hoses are
wrongly attached
- Connect hoses without kinks
- Connect the hoses according to
the assembly instructions
The set water quantity
for filter or hot water is
significantly dierent
- Malfunctions in
thecontrolbox
- Unplug the power supply of the control box,
wait for 1 minute, then plug it in again.
Status LED on the boiler
is glowing orange
- System error in the boiler - Unplug the power supply of the boiler, wait
for 1 minute, then plug it in again. Afterwards
press the button again.
