After elevator change speed to target floor,
landing signal is delayed by set time, arrival

Over Time
To prevent wire rope slipping or elevator
car stuck, time from elevator running to
stop is limited to set value. If elevator is
running longer than set value, system stops
immediately and enter protection mode.
Need to re-start the system in order to exit
