OPENING AND UNFOLDING YOUR E-SCOOTER

Press release button
and li handlebar
away from deck.
Open the folding lock lever, then press the release button while gently liing the
handlebar away from the deck. Once you hear a "dick" sound, lock the folding lock
lever. The handlebar stem should now be secure.
