Here you will find important information about the safety and use of our E-Scooter. This
means that driving will always be great fun, without neglecting safety. To ensure that
you are always on the right track and safe with our E-Scooter, we ask you to read the
safety notes first.
THE EXACT USE OF THE DEVICE
• The E-Scooter must NOT be used on public roads.
• It is only allowed for use on private property
• E-Scooter may only be driven on level and dry ground.
• The E-Scooter must not be used to transport any objects or animals.
• The E-Scooter is intended for private use only.
• The device is not designed for commercial purposes, such as rental.
• (In principle) children and young people - if they are under 15 years of age - must
always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
• Only people weighing more than 30 kg and less than 100kg are allowed on our
E-Scooter.
• Modifications to the E-Scooter are not permitted. In case of any modifications, our
guarantee will become void.
• Please use our device only as described in this manual.
• If our E-Scooter is used improperly, this can result in serious injury and damage.
• The use of our device is always at your own risk and responsibility. Innovamaxx
GmbH is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from incorrect use and non-
compliance with the safety instructions for our device.
• Therefore you should always be cautious and careful: Drive with foresight. You
must at all times take into account that external factors - construction works,
obstacles and sudden changes in the environment - may aect and endanger your
safety.
