Failures and Solutions
1. The display board is working but the motor doesn't work.
2. Charging doesn't work
Reason analysis Solutions
a) The brake handle is
damaged
Pull out the socket of the brake handle (normally open
type brake handle). If the motor works, then it is the failu-
re of brake handle. In this case replace the brake handle.
b) The speed regulating
steering
Firstly check the speed regulating steering handle and if
the motors hall switch have a short circuit or not. Gene-
rally, a short circuit is caused easily through rain. Observe
the short circuit of steering handle and the motor hall
switch. Otherwise there will be a continuous damage of
the replacement controller.
c) The motor is damaged
If the motor doesn't turn on, please inspect the motors
hall switch and turning handles signal. Once the power
is on, the controller shell gets very hot. Generally, this re-
sults a short circuit of the controller internal power tube.
In this case you should immediately cut o the power.
Reason analysis Solutions
a) The battery charging
port is loose
Change the charging port
b) The connection of the
charger plug is not well
Change the charger connector
3. Can't turn on the scooter
Reason analysis Solutions
a) The battery is dead
Charge the scooter for 1-2 hours according to the user
manual
b) The power button is
out of order
Check the power button, if it is stuck or not.
