Power Indicator is ON, but
pressing OPEN and
CLOSE button doesn't
move the gate.
a. The clutch is not closed.
b. The circuit board is
damaged due to short
circuit or severe overload
of external devices.

replacement or solution.

Gate can open but not
close, or can close but not
open.
a. Limit switch is damaged.
b. Controller or motor
issues.
a. Replace the limit switch.
b. Check for open circuits.

before reaching limit switch
or does not stop upon

circuit in the limit switch
wiring.
b. The limit switch is too far
from the magnet block.

button is pressed.

infrared probe wire.

damaged.

identify and rectify any
short circuit issues in the
probe wires.
b. Replace the infrared probe
if it’s found to be damage.

Both the motor and infrared
sensor are functioning, but
when the infrared sensor
detects obstacles, the gate
doesn't reverse; instead, it
continues to close.
Motor rotation is wrongly
set.
Rotate the "Motor Rotation"
button in the direction that
corresponds to the gate's
opening direction based on
the left or right installation
position of the opener.
