WARRANTY
Warranty Information
Blütezeit provides a comprehensive warranty for this gate opener to the original purchaser with
proof of purchase. The warranty period covers a duration of ONE YEAR (1) from the date of
purchase and protects against defects in materials, parts, or workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
1. Technical Support: We offer dedicated technical support to assist you with any issues
related to the gate opener at any time.
2. Faulty Parts Replacement: In the event of any faulty parts, we will promptly replace them
within the limited time period from the date of purchase.
3. Exchange or Return: If the product experiences any quality issues within one month from
the date of purchase, you can avail yourself of an exchange or return option.

Items Excluded from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following scenarios:

3. Use of non-supplied or modified parts/components.
4. Damage due to abnormal voltage, improper installation, improper use, or connection to an

5. Damage resulting from external factors such as fire, lightning, wind, flood, insects, or other
natural agents.
6. Inoperability caused by misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper
maintenance, or alteration.
7. Failure to operate or maintain the product correctly as outlined in the user manual.
8. Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance items such as lubricants, and normal
deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.
9. Please note that Blütezeit does not cover any shipping, freight, or transportation fees
associated with the return or replacement unless it is directly related to a quality issue.
