INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Pre-Installation Steps
• Sliding Gate Checking: Ensure that the sliding gate is properly installed, and the gate rail is
level, allowing for smooth manual movement before proceeding with the gate opener
installation.
• Cable Routing: To ensure optimal performance and protect the cables from damage, it is
essential to bury the motor, power cable, and control cable in separate PVC tubes.
• Concrete Foundation: For stable operation, use a concrete pad measuring approximately
16 x 10 x 8 inches deep to support the base unit of the gate operator. Place the provided
metal mounting base (Fig.4) on the pad for proper installation.
2. Main Engine Installation (Fig.5)
a. Remove the "L" plates from the gate opener. Place the metal base⑦ on the ground and
position the gate opener onto the metal base, ensuring that the 4 holes are aligned.
