7.2 Remote Control Deletion
a. Press and hold the learning key for 12 seconds. The indicator LED1 will turn on, indicating
the deletion process has started.
b. Release the learning key when the indicator LED1 turns off. This indicates that all the
matched remote controls have been successfully deleted.
7.3 Duplication of Keypad / Wall Remote / Antenna Remote
Blütezeit offers various remote controls, including keypad, wall remotes, and antenna remotes.
These remotes are duplicators and copy codes from the original 4-key remote control; they don't
directly learn codes from the gate opener. For step-by-step instructions on duplicating codes, refer
to the video on their respective product pages.
MAINTENANCE
To ensure the smooth operation and longevity of the gate opener, regular maintenance is
essential. Here are some important maintenance tasks:
Electrical Safety Check: Periodically inspect and ensure that the operator is correctly
earthed and properly terminated. Regularly check the electrical connections for any signs of
damage, looseness, or moisture. If any issues are detected, they should be addressed
promptly to maintain safe and reliable operation.
Lubrication: Regularly grease the wheels and axles of the gate to ensure smooth movement.
Before applying grease, always switch off the power and remove the cover to avoid any
accidents. Proper lubrication reduces friction and prevents wear and tear on the moving
parts.
Cleaning and Inspection: Keep the gate opener clean at all times. Regularly inspect the
entire system for any signs of wear, damage, or debris buildup. Ensure that all wires are intact
and securely connected. If any wires are broken, they should be replaced or repaired
immediately.
Anti-Rust Grease: Apply a small amount of anti-rust grease to the end of the worm gear
mandrel located in the manual release keyhole. This helps prevent rusting and ensures
smooth operation of the manual release mechanism.
Grounding Check: Regularly check the electrical grounding to ensure it is in good condition.
Proper grounding is crucial for safety and ensures effective protection against electrical
hazards.
