time, the motor may get hot. When the motor temperature exceeds 234°F, the thermal protector
will automatically stop it. The motor can be restarted after its temperature drops to a safe level.
5.7 Additional Installation Information
The controller has a power-off automatic memory function. The manufacturer performs a
debugging test for limit detection before the products leave the factory. During installation, the
gate needs to be pushed to the middle position.
6. Infrared Sensor Wiring (Fig.14)
• Infrared Photocell Function: During the gate's closing process, if the infrared ray between
the photocell receiver and emitter is interrupted by people or objects within its detection range,
the gate will halt immediately and open to ensure security protection.
• Distance and Alignment: To guarantee optimal induction and performance of the photocell,
maintain a minimum distance of 6.6ft (2m) between the photocell receiver and emitter.
• Proper Wiring and Indication: Ensure correct wiring configuration to achieve the desired
results. When the power is correctly connected, the RED light should be illuminated. In the
event of obstruction detection, the GREEN light should activate, triggering the sensor to
prompt the gate's reversal.
7. Remote Control Operation (Fig.11)
7.1 Remote Control Learning
a. Press and hold the learning key on the main board (PCBA) for 2 seconds until the red
indicator light LED1 will be on.
b. Press and hold any button on the remote control for 1 second to complete the coding. The
indicator LED1 will flash several times to indicate successful learning.
c. The remote control learning is now complete. You can pair up to 40 remote controls.
