ME-GO SERIES SLIDING GATE OPENER USER MANUAL
Q10: Can I add a keypad or other remote controls from other brands?
A10: Only remote controls operating at 433MHz are compatible with Blütezeit gate openers. Use
other brands' remotes at your own risk. Blütezeit offers various remote controls, including keypad,
wall remotes, and antenna remotes, in our store. For step-by-step instructions on duplicating
codes, refer to the video on their respective product pages.
Q11: Will the motor halt if the gate encounters an object along its track?
A11: Absolutely, our gate opener is equipped with an infrared sensor that detects obstacles,
ensuring that the gate halts and reverses immediately upon detection. This prevents any physical
contact between the gate and the object or person. If the infrared sensor occasionally misses an
object, you can tailor the rebound response by tweaking the "Closing Force", which is set by
default to its maximum value, you can customize the rebound resistance to suit your gate's weight.
To activate this adjustment, simply press down on DIP switch "4," allowing the forcing adjustment
to be activated. Then, on the PCBA, rotate the "Closing Force" knob. This ensures that the gate
will halt and reverse if it touches an object, adding an extra layer of safety.
Q12: What should I do if I encounter a problem that's not covered in the user manual?
A12: If you encounter any issues not addressed in the manual, feel free to reach out to our
customer support via bluetezeit.service@outlook.com or through Amazon messaging. Provide
photos or videos of the issue along with your order number for efficient assistance.
