7 RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES
To make your training experience even more ecient and pleasant, we recommend that you add
suiting accessories to your tness equipment. For treadmills this could for example be a oor mat,
which makes your tness equipment stand more securely and also protects the oor from sweat or
silicone spray to keep moving parts in good shape and lubricate the running mat. Furthermore,
there are additional handrails available for some treadmills.
If you have purchased a tness machine with pulse training and want to
train your heart rate, we strongly recommend that you use a compatible
chest strap, as this ensures optimum transmission of the heart rate.
