  A sudden drop in gas flow in your BOND MANUFACTURING Outdoor Fireplace can occur if the gas cylinder is empty, so check and replace if needed. Another cause can be activation of the excess flow safety valve. To resolve this, turn the control knob to "OFF", close the LP tank valve, and disconnect the regulator from the tank. Then, turn the control knob to "HIGH", wait one minute, and turn it back to "OFF". Reconnect the regulator to the LP tank, open the tank valve slowly, and light the fire table as instructed in the lighting section.

Finally, inspect the venturi (end of burner tube) for spider webs or insect nests and clean it if necessary. Additionally, check for clogged burner ports and clean them by inserting an opened paperclip into each port, ensuring the fire table is off and all parts are cooled before cleaning.
