      emurphyAug 6, 2025
If your Bond Outdoor Fireplace heating unit won’t light, several factors could be the cause. First, check if the gas tank is empty and ensure the regulator is securely connected to the tank. Tighten the connection if it's loose. Also, the electrode wire may be loose or disconnected; reconnect it to the igniter box located inside the table behind the igniter box. If the igniter pin is broken or the electrode wire is shorting, contact Bond Manufacturing for a replacement part.

If the burner on your Bond Outdoor Fireplace won’t light, it could be due to obstructed gas flow or clogged burner ports. Check all hoses for kinks and bends that may be obstructing gas flow. If the burner ports are clogged, turn off all gas flow connections and use an opened paperclip (or similar item) to clear each of the burner ports.
